Item will arrive in either a jewelry box or gift bag ready to gifting.
All items are shipped in a padded mailer.
I do not include a receipt unless requested.

Locket hinges are delicate and should be handled with care.
Sterling silver and silver plating will tarnish. Keep items in a plastic bag when not worn. Some have skin reactions to silver that can cause skin discoloration. Applying a thin coating of clear finger nail polish can help prevent this.
Brass and copper will naturally patina. These metals have the ability to turn the skin green, especially when exposed to treated water or lotions.

I offer custom text laser engraving on most lockets. There is a separate listing in my shop with details and pricing.

I will gladly refund the full price of your returned item within three days of receipt if applicable. Please return using the original packaging and a padded envelope and ship via USPS with tracking.
Shipping fees will not be refunded unless your item arrives damaged or you received a different item than purchased. Refunds will be processed once I receive the returned item.
*If item was damaged due to reckless care or submersion in water (ex. swimming or bathing) returns or refunds are not available.
*Lockets with photos are not refundable or returnable.
*Worn jewelry can not be returned due to hygienic reasons.
*Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

I offer custom photo sizing and placement in my shop for a fee.
I include a 25mm or 30mm paper template for my round lockets for easy tracing of a photo to do it yourself.

Please be aware I can not guarantee a delivery date only a "ship by" date. Check the tracking number on your receipt for updates.
If you have not received your item and your tracking is marked delivered, contact USPS for GPS tracking information. If your item is marked as "delivered" by the USPS, I will not refund or reship.
Please make sure you have entered the correct address. If you didn't receive your item due to an incorrect address, you are responsible for re-shipping fees once item is returned.
Please keep track of your delivery date so you know when it's being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and item will not be replaced.

Items that arrive damaged will be replaced free of charge or refunded.
Any damage that occurs after delivery may be eligible for replacement or refund within 14 days of delivery.
Damage due to reckless care (rough handling, submersion in water, etc.) is not eligible for a replacement or refund.
